Gina Doyle, Co-President
Chief executive officer. Oversees the Board.
Gina grew up in Wilton, CT and attended Trinity College. Before moving to Dover ten years ago, she lived in Atlanta, Boston and Wellesley. Prior to staying at home with her children, Gina was the Director of Human Resources at Reebok, Intl. and she was a founding member of the Dover Mothers' Association. She has three children at Chickering in first, fourth and fifth grade.

Missy Gramer, Co-President
Chief executive officer. Oversees the Board.
Missy grew up in Walpole and lived in Cambridge and Back Bay before moving to Dover 12 years ago. She went to Colby College and Lesley University and was a second grade teacher and an Open Circle consultant prior to staying home with her three children. Missy was a founding member of the Dover Mothers' Association and has one child at Chickering and two at home.

Patricia Martinovich, Co-Vice President
Assists the President. Manages classroom/teacher support -- discretionary funds, grants and classroom libraries as well as teams of staff appreciation, Books from the Heart and Special Projects.
Patricia Marks-Martinovich was born in Toronto, Canada and was raised in Australia, Peru and Hong Kong. Patricia attended York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She worked in the financial sector before staying home with her children. Patricia moved to Dover four years ago, and has three children, two of whom currently attend Chickering and are in the first grade.

Heather Tourtellotte, Co-Vice President
Assists the President. Manages classroom/teacher support -- discretionary funds, grants and classroom libraries as well as teams of staff appreciation, Books from the Heart and Special Projects.
Heather grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Smith College. She lived and worked in the Atlanta area for a political consulting firm before moving to Dover. She has lived in Dover for 8 years. Three of her children attend Chickering and one is at the Dover-Sherborn middle school.

Barbara Dawley, Treasurer
Prepares annual PTO budget in spring (and updates it in fall) and reports on the budget-to-actual results at each Board and General meeting. Using QuickBooks Online, records deposits and issues checks as needed and reconciles the bank account monthly. Liaises with various Fundraising committees and with school admin regarding disbursement of funds to support teachers/classrooms. Responsible for filing federal and state tax returns and MA regulatory filings. If desired, may utilize Assistant Treasurers to make deposits, reconcile the bank, prepare analyses, prepare tax returns, etc. Must have accounting experience. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary.
Barbara is in her second year as the treasurer for the Dover PTO. Barbara grew up in Salem, MA and attended the University of New Hampshire. Barbara moved to Dover in 2000 and has three children ages 10,6 and 4. Barbara works part-time at Boston Investor Services, Inc. in Boston.

Leslie Maurer, Secretary
Records and distributes meeting minutes. Maintains Dover PTO corporate records. Oversees Chickering Directory as well as PTO-designed Excuse Pads and official stationery. Liaison to Chickering office staff including coordination of school and PTO calendars.
Leslie grew up in Rochester, NY and has also lived in Huntington, Long Island; New York City; Edinburgh, Scotland; Baltimore, MD; and, Lake Forest, IL. She went to Hamilton College and has an MBA from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. She is currently a consultant in new business development and strategic marketing. Leslie has lived in Dover for two years and has two children at Chickering School.

Erin Gorden, Communications Chair
Manages flow of all internal and external PTO communication via multiple channels - newsletters, flyers, weekly e-mail blasts, print media, and web. Oversees PTO website and manages web content management team. Responsible for quantity, quality and timing of all communications. Computer skills necessary.
Erin grew up in Baltimore and attended Trinity College and Johns Hopkins, moving to the Boston area in the mid-90s. Prior to staying home with her children, Erin worked on Capitol Hill, lobbied in the Maryland State Legislature, and spent five years at Amtrak working to bring Acela to the northeast corridor. On moving to Boston, she led a transportation management association in the burgeoning seaport district. Erin has lived in Dover for four years and has two Chickering fourth graders.

Siobhan Doherty, Volunteer Services Chair
Manages all parent volunteers for all school activities. Recruits committee chairs, determines volunteer needs, and connects volunteers to committees. Oversees Room Parent selection process and other projects as they arise during the year. Manages Guidelines for classroom and playground volunteering. Oversees team of volunteer coordinators for school pictures, library, playground, fifth grade celebration, and Chickering's Outdoor Classroom. Computer skills necessary.
Siobhan is a native Bostonian. She has three children and has lived in Dover for the last six years. Siobhan is a registered nurse and works part-time at Newton Wellesley Hospital. Siobhan is serving in her second consecutive term as Volunteer Services Chair.

Beth Webb, Curriculum Enrichment Chair
Works with teachers, curriculum coordinator and administration to preview, plan, deliver and evaluate programs for the year. Oversees CE team of grade-level and school-wide coordinators as well as Understanding our Differences program. Manages budget.
Beth grew up in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and attended Indiana University before moving to the Boston area via Chicago. Beth currently works full time as a Global Account Manager for Life Technologies a biotechnology company. She has lived in Dover for 3 years and has three children, two of whom attend Chickering.

Sue Dangel, Vice Curriculum Enrichment Chair

Sue grew up the daughter of an Air Force Colonel, living in 9 homes in Virginia, Panama and Illinois before attending high school in Waterville, Maine. Sue graduated from Colby College and had a career at Bank of Boston. Sue has been an active volunteer at Chickering in many different areas including one year previously on the Executive Board as the Volunteer Services Chair. She has a seventh and fourth grade daughter and has lived in Dover for eleven years.

Paula Lordi, Community Outreach Chair
Connects Chickering to community via Speaker Series, Symphony Series, Dover Days and Community Service opportunities. Manages events that build Chickering community including the Back to School family picnic and New Family gathering. Oversees Metco Host Program team.
Paula is a native Bostonian and attended Boston College and then Babson for an MBA. Prior to staying home with her family, Paula was Senior Vice President of Relationship Management at State Street. She has lived in Dover for 12 years and she has three children. Her twins attended Chickering and are starting middle school in the fall and her youngest will be in 2nd grade at Chickering.

Amy Caffrey, Fundraising Chair
Plans and coordinates all fundraising activities to achieve the budget. Oversees chairs of product sales, check writing campaign, and spring event committees. Manages Easy $ for Chickering.
Amy grew up in Lake Forest, Illinois and attended college in Arizona. She lived in San Francisco and Chicago before moving east to Boston and finally settling in Dover in 2001. She has 3 girls all at Chickering. She also owns an interior design business.

Jane Johnstone, Vice Fundraising Chair
Plans and coordinates all fundraising activities to achieve the budget. Oversees chairs of product sales, check writing campaign, and spring event committees. Manages Easy $ for Chickering.
Jane grew up in Southern California and attended UCBerkeley, then returning to Los Angeles for law school. Jane practiced law in L.A. for several law firms before moving to New York where she was counsel to the Municipal Art Society, a non-profit civic advocacy group. Jane has lived in Dover for 6 years and has a son who will be in first grade at Chickering this fall and a daughter at home.

Meg Field, Advisor
Advises Board on issues. Previous year’s President
Meg grew up in Walpole and lived in Wellesley before settling in Dover 8 years ago. Meg went to Wheaton College and worked for Harvard-Vanguard. Meg has volunteered in many areas at Chickering and was a key figure in the planning and building of the Outdoor Classroom. She has one child at Chickering and one at the Dover-Sherborn Middle School.

Anne Nolen, Advisor
Advises Board on issues. Previous year’s President.
Anne grew up in Wellesley and lived in Dedham before moving to Dover. She went to St. Lawrence University and works for Westfield Capital. She has one child at Chickering and twin girls at Dover- Sherborn Middle School.
