We would love to hear from you! There are many ways to get involved in the Dover PTO.
Committee or Board Leadership
Each year towards the end of the school year, we send out nomination forms for the following year. Nominate yourself! Bringing new talents and new perspectives to our leadership positions makes our organization stronger. Whenever possible, we try to add new people to our leadership positions so that those who have served many times can move on, and so that new ideas and new enthusiasm can be infused into everything that we do. If you want to get a jump on nominations for the upcoming year, please feel free to download the nomination form right here and send it in anytime. We will hang on to it until the nominating process begins in May!
Volunteer to Help with an Activity!
From classroom parent liaisons to selling tickets to making lunch for our wonderful teachers and everything in between, we constantly need parent volunteers to help plan and staff events and activities in the classroom and beyond. We send out a comprehensive volunteer signup form in the fall each year so that we know who to call on for our initial set of volunteers for every activity. If you missed it in the fall, please feel free to download it and send it in now. People's lives change constantly so we often need additional volunteers as we get closer to events. We also encourage you to check the Sign Up section of our website for upcoming events where we still need help. Just add your name to the volunteer or on-call lists and you'll soon hear from the coordinator for that event!

- For longer-term committee and board opportunities, please download our Volunteer Signup Form and send in via your child’s backpack. A member of our current board or nominating committee will be in touch with you shortly.
