When can Directories be purchased and how can I get additional copies?
Order forms are sent home the first week of school, additional order forms are available on the PTO website until the deadline. After distribution, additional copies are available for purchase in the Chickering office.

When is the Directory available?
The Directory is distributed in mid to late October.

Where does the Directory information for students come from?
The student’s information is provided by the Chickering office at the beginning of the school year. This is updated annually.

Why are bus routes listed?
Students in 3rd, 4th and 5th grade are allowed to go home with a friend on a different bus.  Additionally, kindergarteners may ride a color bus home with a friend on Mondays and Fridays.  Bus routes are listed as a convenience for parents in order to write dismissal notes to school.

What if I don’t want my information listed?
At the beginning of school, a special permission form is sent home to parents.  There are options on this form to have your e-mail or all your information unlisted.

What if a parent has a different address that a student?
The special permission form has an option regarding non-custodial parents (a parent with a different address than their child). These are printed after obtaining your permission from the form; the information published will match that of the custodial parent.

How do I change my contact information?
If any of your contact information changes, please email your changes to odonnelk@doversherborn.org .
