Leon Performance on Friday! Parents Invited!

Leon Mobley is back at Chickering and already working hard with the children! Along with Leon, his assistants, Noel Staples and Babacar Seck, and of course Ms. Pappas, Mrs. Barry and Ms. Gillis are here too! The children are learning to do West African drumming, dancing and chanting for the big performance on Friday at 1:45 pm in the gymnasium. The younger children in grades K-2 are spendng their afternoons with Leon in their classrooms!
Parents, teachers and friends are invited to listen to Leon drum at the Indigo Hotel on Wednesday, February 1st from 7-11 pm at the BoKX 109 lounge.
Parents are invited on Friday at 1:45 to see the children in grades 3-5 perform in the gym.
