Dear Chickering Community,

We are pleased to announce Dover PTO's Digital Directory for Chickering Elementary is now available for the 2023-2024 academic year!  

The digital directory can be accessed on any mobile device from the DirectorySpot app or on the DirectorySpot website anytime you need to find class lists or contact information for a classmate, friend, or teacher.  We hope that parents will enjoy the convenience offered by the digital directory.  For more information about Directory Spot and its security protocols, please feel free to consult the DirectorySpot Website.  

The digital directory is offered for an annual fee of $15 per household.  Your purchase of the directory will support the PTO, as all proceeds benefit Dover PTO's programs.  If this presents a financial hardship, please reach out to Jim Carnes, Assistant Principal at carnesj@doversherborn.org. 

You may purchase the directory by clicking the "Purchase a Directory" button to the right of this page.  Following payment, new subscribers will receive an email from DirectorySpot within 24 – 48 hours to set the password and activate their account.  The email will be sent to the address used during the payment transaction, and you will be asked to activate your account and choose a password for your new purchase, even if you've previously purchased a directory in a different school year. 

The directory is for personal use only, such as coordinating carpools, playdates, and birthday parties. Directory information may not be used for business solicitations or political campaigning.  Reported misuse of directory information will result in the removal of the user's account.  Please respect the privacy of Chickering families and do not share directory information with others.

All families may check and correct their contact information in DirectorySpot.  If it is incorrect in DirectorySpot, then you must also correct it in ASPEN.  Editing can be done by each individual family to their own information via computer (not phone).  You may also email directory@doverpto.org with updated/corrected contact information.

If a family has access to multiple directories (e.g., DS Middle School and/or DS High School directories), you will see a tab on the phone that says "directories" and you can toggle back and forth.  On the web, there is a dropdown in the upper right.
