Role Overview: Serve as the principal executive officers of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Executive Board and overall PTO operations

Supervise and direct activities of the organization

Preside over and participate in all Executive Board meetings

Act as the primary liaison between Dover PTO and Chickering School administration
Treasury Team
Treasurer

Assistant Treasurer

Treasury Team Responsibilities:

Record deposits, issue checks, and reconcile bank accounts monthly

Liaise with fundraising committees and school administration on fund disbursement

Renew annual insurance policy

File required state reports and tax documentation
-
Prepare and submit 1099s for contractors
-
Coordinate with CPA for state and federal tax filings
-
Prepare the annual PTO budget and present financial reports throughout the year
QuickBooks knowledge is a plus but not required.

Manage all PTO communications across email, print, web, and digital platforms

Ensure clarity, consistency, quality, and timing of communications

Assume Chair duties in Chair's absence (Vice Chair)

Plan, deliver, and evaluate enrichment programs

Oversee grade-level and school-wide CE coordinators

Manage the CE budget
